Treatments

  • All treatments are non-refundable once performed.

  • Our team will review your case and offer appropriate support, advice, or follow-up appointments where necessary to address your concerns.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results if the treatment has been delivered as agreed, but we are committed to ensuring that every client feels heard and supported.

Training Courses

  • Deposits and course fees are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend a course, you may be able to transfer your booking to a later date if sufficient notice is given (minimum 14 days’ notice).
  • Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiting the full fee.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a course for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Online Masterclasses

  • Payments for online masterclasses are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately after purchase.
  • Please ensure you have the necessary technology and internet connection before booking, as refunds cannot be issued for technical difficulties on the user’s side.
  • If you encounter any problems accessing the content, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the materials purchased.
