At Buen Aesthetics, we understand that plans sometimes change. However, in order to provide fair notice to our staff and other clients, we have the following cancellation policy which applies to all treatments and training courses.
1. Notice Period
- Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
- For training courses or extended sessions, the notice period is 7 days.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made via phone or in writing (email or via the website).
- Confirmations of cancellations or changes will be sent by us once we receive the request.
3. Cancellation Fee
- If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment/course cost will be charged.
- If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, the full cost (100%) of the appointment will be charged.
4. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to still provide your treatment in the remaining time.
- Depending on how late you are, your appointment may need to be shortened or rearranged — full treatment cost may still apply.
5. Refunds
- Pre-paid treatments and course fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
- If you cancel within the allowed notice period and have paid in advance, we will refund any pre-payment less any applicable cancellation fee.
- For some services requiring consumables or special booking, additional non-refundable deposits may be required; this will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Provider-Initiated Cancellation
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g. due to unforeseen staff illness or equipment issues), we will give you as much notice as possible and offer to rebook at your convenience.
- If the alternative appointment is not suitable, we will issue a full refund (if applicable).
7. Course Participation Terms (if applicable)
- For training courses, failure to attend or insufficient attendance may mean you forfeit your place or certificate.
- Any materials or kits provided to you are normally non-refundable once dispatched.
